Extended Inheritance Knowledge Bases and their Interrogations by Client-Server Technology

Abstract

In this paper we describe an implementation of the interrogation process for an extended inheritance knowledge base. The implementation uses the client-server technology offered by Java platform. Both the server side and the client side of the application are described. The application allows to use one server and several clients and was tested in a private wireless network. The processing steps and the results given by the server are presented.
