Control of singularities for the Laplace equation

Abstract

In this paper, we prove that by acting on a arbitrarily small part of the domain or on a small part of the boundary, we obtain a regular solution of the Laplace equation. For this purpose a density result and a bi-orthogonality property of the Laplacian are used.
